I am Claire Chaumont, a photographer in Touraine, a mother, and a licensed childminder since 2009. Before being behind the lens, I learned to listen to little ones, to respect the rhythm of babies, and to reassure young parents.
It is this sensitivity that guides each of my sessions: pregnancy, newborn, family with young children, iris, or wedding. My studio in Varennes (37600) is designed as a cocoon, bright and gentle, in Sud Touraine.

Nestled in the village of Varennes (37600), my studio is designed for families: natural light, soft backgrounds, and everything needed to welcome babies, children, and parents in complete serenity.

Where is Claire Chaumont's photo studio located?
My home studio is located in Varennes (37600), in Sud Touraine, about 30 minutes from Tours, Loches, and Châtellerault. I welcome families from Indre-et-Loire and Vienne, and I travel for weddings in Touraine.
What days are the photo sessions held?
Sessions are held by appointment only, on weekends, public holidays, and during certain weeks in August. I intentionally limit the number of families welcomed each month to offer each one a fully experienced moment.
How far in advance should I book?
Online booking closes 15 days before the session date. For a closer occasion (birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas…), the gift card remains available at any time and allows you to choose the date later.
When should I book a newborn session?
Ideally during pregnancy, to block a period around the due date. Thanks to my experience as a childminder since 2009, each session follows the baby's rhythm: feedings, cuddles, and breaks are part of the flow.
What photo sessions do you offer?
Pregnancy, newborn, family with toddlers, iris photography, smash the cake, children's birthday, portraits, and wedding in duo with Cyril, certified drone pilot. Each universe is presented in the form of collections (Essential, Emotion, Heritage) detailed on the booking page.
